Tanaka Farms with preschool
Last week Garrett & I got to enjoy the day with his preschool picking strawberries at Tanaka Farms.. we got to eat fresh veggies that were just picked from the farm... then we picked our own strawberries fresh from the vine.. they are soooo delicious!! Garrett & I ended up spending more time eating them then putting them in our plastic container for later.. what a great time! I can't wait to go back again to do their watermelon picking this summer!

Swim Lessons
Its the end of the first session for the boys swim lessons.. next week is the start of the second session.. Drew went from having to be locked in the pool area to going totally under water for the ring toys at the bottom of the pool! Garrett went from looking like he was drowning while swimming.. to actually having some sort of stroke movements while swimming.. I am very excited.. last week I took a few pictures of the boys.

Lowes Build and Grow {Schoolhouse}
So this past weekend we went to our 3rd Build and Grow workshop at Lowes.. they boys, Mark & I really enjoy doing this on Saturdays.. and we always seem to run into Garrett's school friends.. Josh's Mom was the one that told us about the work shop so we see them every week, but the first week we saw his school friend Bradly.. then this week it was Holden and our neighbor Lila.. which makes the whole outing a lot more fun for the kiddos!!! Last week we made a planter for Earth Day and had seeds put in so they would bloom by Mother's Day.. ya well.. this mother {me} is HORRIBLE at keeping plants alive.. I feed them too much water with the crazy sprayer from the sink.. and ya.. killed them.. OOPS!
This week we made a Schoolhouse.. its pretty cool!!! We know a lot of pretty awesome teachers out there that would appreciate a gift like this for Teachers Appreciation week... but we have 2 very awesome teachers in our family.. so those teachers maybe surprised with their very own Schoolhouse crafted by us.. {hopefully I can get to the post office this week}.. but we all know there is no guarantee there.. just know we love you.. appreciate you.... and your gift will be there soon!

How To Train Your Dragon
Mark had to go to training for a week in mid April {yup still catching up!}.. it was a hard week to begin with cause I got sick.. so the poor kiddos had to sit around the house all day, but by the end of the week we kept pretty busy.. and I was tired.. it is hard work to do that alone.. but for the most part {a few meltdown moments} the kids did really good even with Daddy gone for the longest week ever!!! I am so spoiled by the non traveling husband!!! Anyway.. so I decided to reward their behavior with How To Train Your Dragon PJs and they loved them!!!!!!
my very scary dragons!!!

Eggstravaganza Fun
Please excuse the fact that its been almost a month ago since we went to this event.. actually just a day shy of exactly a month ago.. but we did have a blast! Our community puts on a egg hunt every year.. this years event was the day before Easter.. and things have been a bit crazy here since then! Here are a few of my favorite pictures from that day.. it was beautiful and the kiddos had a blast!
They have so many fun activities for the kids.. egg hunts based on ages.. tractor races.. jump houses.. face painting.. etc.. you name it.. its there and every year they have something new added.. we look forward to this event every year!!!

I was stolen....
and it was awesome!!!! On April 24th Erin stole me for a Mommy/Birthday day out wine tasting in Temecula.. it was a beautiful day we went to three different wineries.. I don't remember two of the wineries names, but I do remember Weins cause they were the nicest to us.. that winery was awesome.. and I do want to go back again soon with the guys.. Erin knows the wineries and her way around the area.. I was a bit nervous when she took me on a dirt road in her little car {it would been really fun in their Jeep}, but we got to the next stop.. the views were awesome.. the weather was perfect.. and of course I had a great time with a great friend!!!!!
This picture was taken at the first winery so its not centered due to the photographyer's error.. alcohol is no excuse.. quite yet, but the rest of the pics.. didn't turn our too great due to alcohol consumption {lightweight me over here} for sure! There always next time.. and hopefully that will be soon!!!
Thanks Erin it was an awesome day!!!!
