I am Thankful for....

I am thankful for us! I love my boys.. I love that we can be goofy.. loving.. we enjoy each others company.. my life is complete with many blessings and they are rooted within this family!

We are also thankful for extended family & friends we are very fortunate to be blessed with many amazing people! We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

I am Thankful for....

Garrett.. he is an amazing child! I love that he loves to do homework.. we always finish early in the week cause he wants to do it all in one night.. I am thankful that his report card was great.. his parent teacher conference went awesome.. his teacher said that Garrett is a well rounded good kid.. that made my heart sing! I love hearing that about my child and I pray that he continues to be the best he can in every situation!

Kindergarten Picture

So the 1st picture of the school year.. I was SUPER excited to go get him a nice shirt for his picture.. I went back and forth on two different options.. I ended up going with one option over the other.. went to put the shirt on the morning of the photo.. and it was huge.. so big that he might be able to wear it next year.. ugh.. I was so focused on which one that I didn't pay attention to the size really.. ya.. I was a bit flustered with this whole deadline school thing at first.. I am finally starting to get into a bit of a groove.. and yes.. I finally have a calendar that I utilize.. so the reason for my blabber was to explain why my kid is wearing this shirt.. it was the only clean collar shirt that I could find on the morning of his pictures that fit.. I was so sad, but he looks so cute anyway!!! and I already have his shirt for pictures next year.. woot woot.. well hopefully... thats if I still like it.. see there I go again... yikes.. my poor boys!

A Day Out With Thomas

We had another wonderful year hanging with Grandpa Hines & Sheila at A Day Out With Thomas! The weather was beautiful.. the model trains were running.. they had a color tent that the kiddos enjoyed.. we visited Sir Topham Hatt.. enjoyed the hay maze.. our friends came along with us.. and for the first time we actually rode the caboose train.. the kids loved it!!

My little Drewski.. he totally cracks me up!

I am thankful for..

He is patient... kind.. loves to work with his hands.. chases bad guys so our streets are safe... plays with our kids.. loves me.. he is everything that I am thankful for! He is even better than the image I had of my future husband as a little girl.. he is more than a fairytale.. and he makes promises that he keeps!

Halloween continues

The boys looked so cute dressing up in their Spiderman costumes today.. they have been running around the house in these for a while as you can tell by the hole on the top of Garrett's mask.. we got his Spiderman costume at Walmart for $3 2 yrs ago.. Granny just keeps sewing it up for him... he loves it!



Drew's Spiderman costume is a Halloween clearance find.. oh I love those clearance costumes!!! I am sure this costume will be needing some reinforcing in the near future!
