The Polar Express

Dec. 1st we packed up Granny and the kids.. and drove to Williams, Az.. where we stayed for 2 nights.. to enjoy 1 day full of Polar Express fun! We woke up that morning and had some yummy breakfast.. that the hotel package includes.. then headed off into the little town that they have there.. it literally looks like Radiator Springs.. its on Route 66 and its small!!!! It was fun to do some small town shopping... then headed back to the hotel for a nap... by the time the kids woke up it was time to get ready for dinner and the train ride... so we all got into our matching pjs.. once we were done w/ dinner and on the train.. the real fun for Garrett began.. we had some hot chocolate.. a cookie and read the Polar Express book on the way to The North Pole.. WOW what fun.. we went all the way to The North Pole... on the way back we sang Christmas songs.. REALLY LOUD.. so that Santa would hear us and bring us a silver bell from his sled... it was totally worth it to go.. Garrett was so happy and it was great to see him so excited.. check out my fav. pictures!
