We're the Giants

T-Ball starts this week.. woot woot.. Garrett is on the Giants team.. we are so excited {I am REALLY excited!!!} to watch Garrett grow and learn in the wonderful sport of baseball.. I am a huge baseball fan {not really watching, the pros anymore, but still love the sport!}.. so I have always wanted the boys to play... seeing him in his little league uniform makes me proud!!! We really love his coach.. he seems to really connect with the kiddos.. Garrett really enjoys it.. and fits right in with the other boys {he had no problem running around with them today}.. its going to be a fun season!

the Boys & the Bugman

At times I wonder what it would be like with three kiddos.. especially when my boys are playing with Carter.. seriously its the cutest thing ever... I do realize {if we did} have another one.. the novelty of it all would wear off when the {little one.. boy or girl} never left!!! but there are often times I think.. hmmm 3 boys wouldn't be a bad thing! Especially moments like this.. awww they are so cute playing together!!!

Drew's Basketball

Drew played basketball this week at his Wild World of Sports practice.. he really enjoyed it.. and now wants to play basketball and soccer.. I think these boys are going to keep us pretty busy with sports!

This is Drew & Cole.. they are in preschool together as well as this program.. its great to see them play together like big kids!

Drew sticks his tongue out like a little Michael Jordan... hee hee.. so funny.. he actually made this shot too.. it was cute!

Garrett's Basketball

Garrett's basketball team is made up of all the kiddos that he went to preschool with.. and they have a blast! Its been fun getting together with these families every Friday night for a little basketball and dinner.. they are all awesome people.. Garrett is very lucky to have such a great group of buddies!

The Hufford Ranch

After the Wild Animal park we decided to take the boys over to the Hufford Ranch.. Mark's Uncle Tom & Aunt Theresa have a horse ranch down in Escondido.. and they have some beautiful horses there!!! They are amazing.. Tom trains horses to jump.. so his ranch has two different jumping areas.. its beautiful.. and I love horses.. so it was pretty exciting for me to finally see this place!!!! I wish I would have gotten pictures of the actual grounds cause it was so nicely maintained with beautiful orange trees surrounding.. I tried to get pictures of the boys in the orange trees, but it was the end of they day.. they weren't really into it, but one day I will go back there.. and make them.. {well bribe them with candy!}

Uncle Tom showed us all the horses.. he has a lot there.. I would say at least 12.. I was in horse heaven! Did you know that horses eat oranges.. yup they do.. its a pretty messy ordeal, but very interesting!! Grandma fed one horse.. and she got juiced.. you really have to feed the horse then jump back .. its a quick way to get some orange juice thats for sure!!! {if you don't mind a little horse slobber!}

Garrett really loves animals.. dogs.. cats.. now this horse.. he seems to have a little gift {maybe he will be a vet when he grows up}.. anyway I love this little interaction he had with this horse.. and I am glad I captured the moment!


Aunt Theresa ended up meeting up with us after the tour.. and we had dinner with them.. it was great catching up.. its something we should do more often since they live so close!

Wild Animal Park

So I am sure everyone knows how much we love the Wild Animal Park.. thats why we always take our visitors there, but we do! So when Mark's parents were coming to visit.. he was talking about the Wild Animal Park right away.. {I think he might like it there more than the kiddos!}.. Garrett had school that Monday.. so after school we packed up and headed down to the park.. the day was beautiful!!! We saw the newest animal park edition.. a little baby cheetah.. sooo cute.. a baby bull.. tons of preggo animals.. baby elephants playing.. and love was in the air for the animals that is for sure! The lions and the gorillas were a sight {don't worry I won't post any inappropriate pics here, but I did take some.. hee hee}
